Mumbai: Fire Breaks Out In Under-Construction Building On Hospital Campus, No Casualty Reported

New Delhi: Fire broke out in an under-construction building of Somaiya Hospital in Mumbai’s Sion on Saturday, news agency ANI reported.
According to BMC, four fire engines have been rushed to the site. However, no injuries have been reported.
As per reports, the incident was reported at 7.15pm on Saturday. The fire was confined to a room in the third floor of the under-construction building of the hospital. On receiving information, four fire engines and ambulances were rushed to the spot to douse the flames.

Massive Fire Breaks Out In Gujarat Factory, Five Fire Engines Rished To Spot
In another incident, a massive fire broke out at a factory in Gujarat’s Umargam, ANI reported.
As per the report, five fire tenders have been rushed to the spot and efforts to douse the flames are underway.
Earlier in the day, a major fire broke out at a scrap godown in Bhiwandi town of Maharashtra's Thane district, news agency PTI reported. However, nobody was injured in the incident, a civic official said.
According to the report, the blaze erupted at the godown located in Fatima Nagar area around 4 am, the official said.
"After being alerted, four fire engines were rushed to the spot and a firefighting operation was launched. It took around four hours for the fire brigade personnel to bring the blaze under control," he said, adding that the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
Meanwhile, the fire that had broken out at the dumping yard at Turbhe in Navi Mumbai around 7 pm on Friday was finally doused after seven hours of efforts, an official of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) fire brigade said. At least 10 fire engines were deployed to douse the flames, the official said, adding nobody was injured in the incident.
