Delhi police detain AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya from middle of his press conference

New Delhi: Trouble mounts for AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya, as a fresh complaint has been lodged against him. A 60-year-old man has alleged that Mohaniya slapped him on Friday. Th elderly allegedly accused Mohaniya to be ‘rude and spoilt’. “I don’t know what this is all about. I am not aware of the incident. Let police investigate the case,” said the 38-year-old MLA. Earlier a woman has filed an F.I.R. against Mohaniya, claiming that he ‘molested’ and ‘abused’ her. A case under sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 341(punishment for wrongful restraint ) of IPC has been registered at Govindpuri police station against Mohaniya. The cops are looking into the matter. No arrests have made so far.
