'Hindutva Doesn't Talk About Unity': AIMIM Chief Asaddudin Owaisi Lashes Out At Mohan Bhagwat

Besides Owaisi, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh took a dig at RSS chief by alleging that there is a difference between Bhagwat's words and actions

New Delhi: A day after RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat spoke about inclusiveness and humanity, AIMIM chief Asaddudin Owaisi lashed out at the RSS chief by saying Hindutva spreads hatred among people.

"I want to ask Mohan Bhagwat if he has accepted that the majority community has been radicalised due to RSS & Hindutva ideology? Is RSS & Hindutva ideology not responsible for radicalisation?," questioned AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on RSS Chief Bhagwat's remark on lynching.

Owaisi went on to say Hindutva doesn't talk about unity. "India's constitution talks about unity, it has inclusiveness. Hindutva is an exclusive ideology, which is being followed by RSS and Mohan Bhagwat, how can there be unity?" he questioned.

Taking to Twitter, Owaisi claimed that the lynching of Muslims is a result of Godse's Hindutva thinking and the ideology is based on the aspects such as cowardice, violence, and murder.

Meanwhile, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh took a dig at the RSS chief by alleging that there is a difference between Bhagwat's words and actions. Taking to Twitter, Cong leader said: "If you force your disciples to follow this thought, Mohan Bhagwat, I will become your admirer."

On Sunday, speaking at an event organised by Muslim Rashtriya Manch, an RSS' Muslim league, Bhagwat said Hindus and Muslims are no different, the DNA of all Indians is the same. About the cruelty against minorities by the cow vigilantes, he said that violence is unacceptable whatsoever may be the reason.
