Apart from this, on Thursday, August 11, there will be a Vijay Muhurta from 02:14 pm to 03:07 pm. So a sister can tie Rakhi to her brother during these two Muhurtas on August 11. 

On August 11, Bhadra Poonch will remain from 5:17 pm to 06.16 pm. Then till 8 pm, Bhadra Mukha will remain. Which is not an auspicious time for Rakhi. But if there is a compulsion, then you can tie Rakhi keeping in mind the time of Choghadiya.
