Therefore, to reduce the risk of fatty liver, it is important to maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy weight.

1. Leafy Greens: Spinach, kale, and other leafy greens are strong in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory substances, which can benefit liver health.

2. Berries: Berries strong in antioxidants and polyphenols, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, can help protect the liver from harm.

3. Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds abundant in healthy fats, fibre, and antioxidants, such as almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds, can assist enhance liver function.

4. Fish: Fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, tuna, and sardines, have been found to have anti-inflammatory benefits on the liver.

5. Cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts are high in sulforaphane, a chemical that has been demonstrated to protect and improve liver function.
