New Delhi: Daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and superstar Sridevi, Janhvi Kapoor made her acting debut with the 2018 romantic drama ‘Dhadak’ opposite Ishaan Khatter. Dhadak’ is the Hindi remake of the Marathi film ‘Sairat’. Though the film received negative reviews, it proved to be a commercial success. The actress then went on to star in ‘Ghost Stories’ and ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. Janhvi recently announced her next film ‘Good Luck Jerry’, which is the Hindi adaptation of the Tamil film ‘Kolamavu Kokila’. Her killer moves in the video is winning the internet. She can be seen doing belly dance on Kareena Kapoor’s song ‘San Sanana’ from the movie ‘Asoka’ which starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. While sharing the video on her Instagram, the ‘Dostana 2’ actress wrote, “Missing post burrito belly dance sessionz”.

The young actress also recently shared the first look from her upcoming film ‘Good Luck Jerry’ on her social media.

Janhvi is currently rumoured to be dating Bollywood’s heartthrob Kartik Aaryan. They were snapped together at the Mumbai airport returning from their vacation in Goa. Kartik and Janvhi also attended Manish Malhotra’s New Year party together. The rumoured couple will be next seen together in the upcoming movie ‘Dostana 2’. Before venturing into the world of acting, Janhvi took an acting course from an institute in California. Other than 'Good Luck Jerry', Janhvi will be next seen playing a dual role in the upcoming comedy horror film ‘Roohi Afzana’ alongside Rajkummar Rao. She will also be seen starring alongside Kartik Aaryan and Laksh Lalwani in ‘Dostana 2’. Reportedly, the diva will also be seen in Karan Johar’s magnum opus ‘Takht’.
