TV actress Divya Bhatnagar, who is best known for her roles in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' and 'Udaan', exchange wedding vows with fiance in a Gurudwara in Mumbai.

TV actress Divya Bhatnagar, who has featured in various popular shows including 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' and 'Udaan', is beaming with joy these days and she's now a married woman. The talented actress, who was last seen in Colors TV's supernatural show 'Vish', recently exchanged wedding vows with longtime boyfriend Gagan aka Gabru. The much-in-love couple, who are in a relationship since last five years and got engaged in 2015, tied the knot in a gurudwara in Mumbai in the presence of few close friends.

Confirming the same, Divya informed a leading daily that, "We wanted a simple wedding without any taam-jhaam and so, we only invited a handful of close friends on our big day. The couple's families were not a part of their wedding ceremony as Divya and Gagan belong to different caste. Their families were not in the favour of the couple's relationship and chose not to be a part of their special day. Speaking about the same, the actress further told TOI that, "I was extremely emotional, as neither of our families could be present at our wedding. I had always dreamed of a big fat shaadi, but we had to opt for a simple ceremony, as our families were not in approval of our marriage."
