Akshay Kumar's Cheeky Comment On Kapil Sharma's Instagram Post Will Leave You In Splits

The Kapil Sharma Show: Akshay Kumar will promote his upcoming film 'BellBottom' on Kapil Sharma's popular comedy show.

Mumbai: Kapil Sharma, fondly known as ‘King of Comedy’, is all set to return to the small screens with a new season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, who is gearing up for the release of ‘BellBottom’, will be the first celebrity guest on the popular comedy show.  

Fans are quite excited to see Khiladi Kumar promote his much-awaited film on the sets of ‘TKKS’. While Sony TV is yet to announce the launch date of the new season, Kapil shared a picture with Akshay from the sets of his show along with a hilarious caption. 

He wrote a caption in Hindi that read, “Popular film actor Akshay Kumar takes blessings for his new film BellBottom’. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages, expressing their excitement over the return of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. 

Akshay also dropped a comment on the post. The ‘PadMan’ star decided to write in Hindi to pull Kapil Sharma’s leg. “After taking blessing, Mr. Akshay Kumar searching for Mr. Kapil Sharma's mind in his knee," his comment read.

Akshay Kumar’s Upcoming Films 

On the professional front, the National Award-winning actor will be next seen in ‘BellBottom’. The espionage spy thriller also stars Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles. The highly anticipated flick will hit the silver screens on August 19, 2021. 

Akshay has several exciting projects in his kitty including ‘Bachchan Pandey’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘AtrangiRe’ and ‘Rakshabandhan’. His film ‘Sooryavanshi’ has been delayed twice due to the COVID-19 crisis in India.  

When Will ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ Launch? 

The new season is expected to hit the airwaves soon. If gossip mills are to be believed, ‘TKKS’ will replace ‘Indian Idol 12’ during the weekends. Krushna Abhishek, Sudhesh Lahiri and Bharti Singh will feature in the comedy show, which will return after six months. 

Kapil Sharma took a break from break as he wanted to spend time with his wife Ginni Chatrath post the birth of their son Trishan Sharma.
