New Delhi: MTV India’s popular show ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan’ actor Parth Samthaan has been into headlines for many reason. Once again he is in news for another sexual harassment case. Earlier, model-actress Gauri Arora accused actor of molesting her. In a fresh case, model named Sushmita Chakravati has filed a complaint against the actor for molesting her. Parth was called at Bangur Nagar police station for the same. Confirming the news to an entertainment portal, Parth said “Yes, it's true that I have been pressed with the charges but things are sorted now and she has taken back the F.I.R. She was my friend and we had some issue regarding money. She went and filed an F.I.R against me of molesting her, but then she realized her mistake. It is my birthday today and this unfolded before I could even celebrate.” But the model had a different story to tell. She said “I have filed a case against Parth. We were friends from the past 4 years and we used to frequently go out to party. This time he tried to get close to me, but I did not let that happen. But when I got to know about a particular Whatsapp group that I was being discussed in... I got upset and filed a case against him. It's not a publicity stunt and I belong to a very good family. I am going to fight and will not take the case back.” The portal also reported that Parth has been involved in forming a Whatsapp group and discussing women in the past too where Niti Taylor, the actor's ex-co-star had lashed out on him for abusing her on a Whatsapp group.
