Pratyusha Banerjee Suicide Case: Rahul Raj to appear in court!

New Delhi : Pratyusha Banerjee’s suicide sweeped the whole TV industry with shock. Actress Killed herself by hanging herself with the help of a ceiling fan.In the case,after series of investigation, a case of abetment of the actress’ suicide was filed against her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh. Now it looks like that the case will finally come to an end. According to Bombay Times, the police will present the final chargesheet, which runs into 1011 pages, on July 30. Rahul has been called to the court and after hearing the charges, the judge will decide on the course of action. Rahul has been slapped with charges of abetment, assault and intimidation in the chargesheet. The files include statements of witnesses, call data records, bank statements, hospital papers and forensic findings. The police have also taken the audio recordings of the telephonic conversations between Pratyusha and Rahul as a proof. They are also banking heavily Pratyusha’s autopsy reports to back their claim of assault. They have aslo attached the Income Tax returns of Pratyushan and a loan agreement of Rs.5 lakhs borrowed from an individual. It also includes excerpts from the statement of Pratyusha’s mother, Soma. However, the actress’ mother is unaware of this chargesheet.
