Parth Samthaan To Make His Bollywood Debut Opposite Alia Bhatt; ‘Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu’ Actor Confirms

New Delhi: Television actor Parth Samthaan started his career by featuring in episodes of shows like ‘Savdhaan India’, ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’, ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’ and ‘Webbed’. He is known for portraying the role of Manik Malhotra in ‘Kaise Yeh Yaariyaan’. The actor, however, gained recognition when he starred in a lead role in Ekta Kapoor’s popular show ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’. Parth played the role of Anurag Basu in this popular serial starring opposite Erica Fernandes.

Earlier, there were reports doing rounds that Parth Samthaan is all set to make his debut in Alia Bhatt’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ but there was no confirmation on the same.

Now, Parth Samthaan has confirmed his debut in Bollywood while speaking to an entertainment portal. He further revealed that he is very excited and will start shooting for the upcoming movie this year only. Parth Samthaan told SpotboyE, “It is true and I will be shooting for it this year itself. And really very excited for it and keeping my fingers crossed. The film is under pre-production right now. You know how it is for an outsider to come and everything should fall in place. Be it the director, music director everything should be nice. You get that one big opportunity and you really don't want to miss that out so I want to give my hundred percent towards it and I want to make sure that everything works out well.”

Meanwhile, Parth Samthaan will be next seen starring in the web series ‘Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu’ which also stars Arslan Goni, Patralekhaa, Chandan Roy Sanyal and others.
