Hina Khan to be replaced in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?

New Delhi: How would you react if we say you may not see TV actress Hina Khan in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlta Hai? Well, we are not saying this. Rumour mill has been abuzz with the news that the channel is planning to replace one of the leading TV actresses Hina Khan aka Akshara due to her starry tantrums. Few days back, a leading entertainment portal had reported about Hina Khan being insecure of her role as viewers are appreciating young actors. The report stated that the actress is so much insecure that she even changes the storyline of the daily soap and forces creatives on improvising the script according to her. Leading entertainment portal India-Forums quoted a source from the set saying, "Hina thinks that she is the one and only driving force in the show and that the show can not run without her. She insists on sidelining the other characters and wants the show to solely focus on Akshara, which is not possible. She did not even co-operate when the channel and creative team approached her to sit down and sort things out and is instead giving them a tough time on sets." "The channel and the makers of the show are fed of Hina's unreasonable demands and have actually given up on her. As running the show according to a single actor's whims and fantasies is just not possible, the decision to replace her has been on the discussion table," the source told India-Forums. However nothing has been confirmed as neither Hina nor producer of the show Rajan Shahi has commented on the reports yet.
