Divyanka Tripathi's first Hartalika Teej fast post-marriage

New Delhi: TV actress Divyanka Tripathi who has been married for more than two months now kept her first 'Hartalika Teej' for hubby Vivek Dahiya on Sunday. The actress who is very much active on social media posted a picture while offering prayers in her mandir at home. She has also revealed that she was staying nirjala (without food and water) from last 19 years to observe teej. She wrote, "#First#HartalikaTeej vrat post marriage. Staying Nirjala since last 19 years for Teej. Now I know it works! Got an amazing one just like Paarvati ji did.☺️ Wishing the best to all the women celebrating Hartaalika Teej today. **FYI : #Prasaad flew all the way from#Bangalore. #SisterLove."

Divyanka and Vivek got married in Bhopal on July 8 in presence of close friends and family members. Recently, it had been reported that the newlywed actors took time off from her busy schedule and went to the city of lakes Udaipur on a secret honeymoon . But hubby Vivek Dahiya rubbished all the reports and revealed the real reason behind their Udaipur tour.While talking to ABP News’ ‘Saas Bahu Aur Saazish’ team, Vivek said, “Primarily, it was for Divyanka’s back pain. We went to meet a vaidya ji who is known for fixing back problems.” On work front, Vivek is currently seen as lead actor in Colors’  Kawach while Divyanka is entertaining viewers as Ishita in Star Plus’ ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’.
