According to a report in Spotboye.com, “When Devoleena Bhattacharjee reported to the sets of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya on Tuesday, the cast and crew immediately noticed that something was different about her.Actress was hiding her face and when she finally gave them a glimpse of her face, her mouth looked decidedly new.When we investigated, it turned out that Devoleena has undergone a lip job over the weekend. After the procedure, the doctors recommend three days of rest but Devoleena could only take two days off because of the hectic shooting schedule.”
