New Delhi: Pan-India star Yash is not only the king of the box office but has also established himself as a superstar with a vision and the conviction to achieve the goals he sets. Right from putting the Kannada film industry on the national map to reviving cinemas nationwide, the star has lived up to every promise he made and set new benchmarks.

Earlier this year, Yash’s ‘KGF 2’ registered the highest opening day collection of 54 cr in the Hindi market and the film went on to collect over 1200 cr worldwide and also became the second-highest-grossing film of all time in India.

Yash recently attended the pre-release event of late Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar’s dream project, Gandhada Gudi. As a mark of respect and gratitude for Puneeth Rajkumar's numerous social initiatives and to carry the legacy, Yash announced that he will take forward the Appu Express ambulance service under his NGO, Yashomarga foundation in association with his friends KVN foundation.

The project aims to deploy ambulances in all 31 districts of Karnataka to help the needy. The initiative was started by Prakash Raj and Actors Shivaraj Kumar, Suriya and Chiranjeevi have come forward to donate ambulances. In his speech, Yash announced that the responsibility of providing ambulance services in the remaining districts of Karnataka will be fulfilled through Yashomarga.

In the past, Yashomarga has been involved in various initiatives for the rejuvenation of water bodies in drought-hit districts of Karnataka and ensured water supply to as many as 50 villages. The superstar had also donated 1.5 cr to members of Kannada film Industry to ease their financial situation during the COVID pandemic.

During his speech at the Puneeth Parva, Yash also said “This movie should break all the previous records including KGF. The movie is a celebration of our land, life, and nature. We all should pay a befitting tribute by making the film hugely successful." His speech and gesture have won hearts and netizens lauded his initiative and called him ‘the boss of hearts’.

From getting Nationwide recognition for Kannada film Industry to bringing prominent film events and award functions to Bengaluru, the Rocking Star ensures he lives up to each of his promises. During SIIMA 2022, the organizers went on record to thank Yash for bringing them to Bengaluru. The actor was recently seen in LA with Lewis Hamilton and J. J. Perry, which piqued the curiosity if the Rocking Star has set his sights on taking Indian cinema to the global level next.
