Sasural Simar Ka is all set to make a comeback with its second season,and Dipika Kakar has now shared the first promo of the show.

Popular TV actress Dipika Kakar who became a household name with the portrayal of ‘Simar’ in Colors TV show Sasural Simar Ka

is all set to return for the second season of the family drama. The actress, who won Bigg Boss 12 recently shared the first look of her upcoming show giving fans a major Déjà vu.

The TV series starring Dipika Kakar, Avika Gor, Shoaib Ibrahim and Manish Raisinghan in prominent roles premiered in 2011, and ended in March 2018.

Now, Sasural Simar Ka is all set to make a comeback with its second season,and Dipika Kakar has now shared the first promo of the show confirming her return on show!

Dipika Kakar took to her social media account and shared the promo. Donning a bright red sari Dipika is back in her quintessential bahu avatar.

Sharing the video, Dipika Kakar wrote, “Simar is a part of me that has always been alive in me for all these years & here today she is ready once again to make her way to your hearts....Are you ready...... Lets create magic again @msrashmi2002_ ma’am @sonnalakakar @kshipradarekar & @colorstv.”

While talking to TOI about the second season of ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ Dipika says, “This Simar will be more strong and have a lot of new shades. There will be new characters and chapters.”

“I have always maintained that Simar is a part of me and will always be alive in me. I may have played the character for six years, but I continue to live it till date. People in my sasural still address me as Simar,” added Dipika.
