Rani Hazarika, a musical powerhouse from Guwahati, Assam, has etched her name as a cultural ambassador through her extraordinary talent and passion for unity. With a career spanning diverse genres and languages, Rani’s voice is more than a melody—it’s a message of connection and harmony.  

Her recent work, “Asia and Africa - Together We Will Rise and Transcend,” exemplifies her mission to bring people together through music. The song, presented by the BRICS Culture Media Forum and ARMS Record Label in association with Consta Group, is a tribute to the unity of two continents. Featuring a fusion of styles and the powerful voice of African rapper Moonaya, the track celebrates love, peace, and the preservation of Mother Earth.  

Rani’s journey began at home, under the influence of her father, a singer who instilled in her a love for music. Her early exposure to folk and traditional melodies laid the groundwork for her artistic evolution. Over the years, she has become a master of blending folk traditions with contemporary sounds, captivating audiences worldwide.  

Her Assamese tracks, including “Bihu Re” and “Bihu Re 2.0,” brought the vibrant Bihu culture to a global stage, while her Kashmiri songs such as “Salam e Wazwane,” “Maenzi Raath,” and “Katyu Chukh Naundbane” have made her a beloved figure in the Valley. Through her music, Rani has proven her ability to represent and elevate regional traditions while making them accessible to the world.  

In Bollywood, Rani’s versatility shines. From the Arabic-inspired “Wallah Habibi” in Bade Miyan Chote Miya to the high-energy “Nas Nas Mein” in Welcome Back, her ability to adapt her voice to any genre underscores her unmatched talent.
