Businessman Raj Kundra Arrested By Mumbai Crime Branch In Adult Film Case, Suspected To Be Key Conspirator

Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has been arrested by the Crime Branch for allegedly creating pornographic films & publishing them through some apps.

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and popular businessman Raj Kundra has been arrested by the Crime Branch in a case related to creating pornographic films & publishing them through some apps. Reportedly, he appears to be the key conspirator. 

A report in ANI reads, "Businessman Raj Kundra has been arrested by the Crime Branch in a case relating to creation of pornographic films & publishing them through some apps. He appears to be the key conspirator. We have sufficient evidence regarding this: Mumbai Police Commissioner".

Also, earlier today, Raj Kundra was called in by the Property Cell of the Crime Branch for questioning. Reportedly, the businessman was questioned by the investigating officers for questioning and after hours of interrogation, Raj Kundra has been arrested. 

Raj Kundra was also spotted arriving at the Property Cell of the Crime Branch where he was arrested reportedly. According to a report of ANI, "Actress Shilpa Shetty's husband & businessman Raj Kundra appeared before the Property Cell of Mumbai Police's Crime Branch, where he was arrested in a case relating to 'creation of pornographic films & publishing them through some apps". 

On a related note, Raj Kundra filed an anticipatory bail last month on sessions court after model and actress Poonam Pandey filed a complaint in the Bombay High Court against Raj Kundra alleging that the latter's company has used her pictures and videos illegally after her contract with the company was over. Shilpa's husband Raj Kundra, however, denied all the allegations against him reportedly claiming that he had nothing to do with the case.
