Well, this is not the first time that the 'Hungama 2' actress' husband has been embroiled in controversy. He was in the news last month after he filed an anticipatory bail on sessions court after model and actress Poonam Pandey filed a complaint in the Bombay High Court against Raj Kundra and his associate. Poonam alleged that Raj Kundra's company has used her pictures and videos illegally after her contract with the company was over.

The cyber police then registered a case under sections 292 of IPC, sections 67, 67A of Information Technology and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Rules 3 and 4 and had arrested several people last year. Reportedly, some of the arrested people were found to have links with Raj Kundra

Raj Kundra, however, rubbished the allegations against him in this case saying that he has nothing to do with them. He also said that he has left the company which has been accused of making obscene videos. He also reportedly provided the necessary documents to the police revealing that he had left the company.
