Sidharth- Sonakshi roped in for remake of 'Ittefaq'

Sonakshi Sinha and Sidharth Malhotra can be seen together for the very first time in the remake of B.R. Chopra's 'Ittefaq'. The grandson of the famous producer, Abhay Chopra is planning to bring back the magic of the movie once again.

 

However, another interesting scoop from the movie is that Shah Rukh Khan has decided to co-produce the movie along with Karan Johar and Abhay Chopra's brother Kapil. It seems Abhay is all geared up to execute his plans.

Ittefaq was a murder mystery which was released in 1969. The movie featured late superstar actor Rajesh Khanna, Sujit Kumar and Nanda. As per the sources, '' The film is currently in prep, the reading session with the actors will begin soon and the film will go on the floors by the year end. Abhay has been working on the script for a while now.They have changed the climax because otherwise the cat would be out of the bag before the first scene is canned and contemporised the story."

Although, Sonakshi and Sidharth have been already roped in, the makers of the film have to look for another actor who can portray the character of Inspector which was played by Sukit Kumar. Whom according to you should join Sonakshi and Sidharth?
