Box Office Collections: Know how much has 'Udta Punjab' earned on Day 1

New Delhi: Controversial film ‘Udta Punjab’ that hit the silver screens on Friday has made encouraging collections of Rs 10.05 crore on Day 1.   The film’s prospects were dented after the movie was leaked online with the producer lodging a complaint with the cyber crime cell.   Ekta Kapoor, one of the producers of the film “Udta Punjab”, on Friday said that she hasn’t slept for a minute in the last two days as she was tracking down the various links showing the leaked version of the film, also claiming that none of those links are available any more.   However, the film has got good reviews and the makers would hope it also spreads through word of mouth lifting the collection numbers.
