Aamir Khan Quits Social Media; Says ‘Will Continue To Communicate As We Did Before’

A day after his birthday, Aamir Khan made a decision to quit social media. He shared the news with his fans and followers with a message. Read on.

Mumbai: Aamir Khan celebrated his 56th birthday yesterday (March 14, 2021). The actor, who is known as the ‘perfectionist’ of the film industry, shared a news with his fans and followers on his social media. The ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ actor has decided to quit social media to focus more on his work and as always, keep himself dedicated to his art. 

This happened a day after his birthday when lots of his fans and friends from the industry poured in good wishes for the ‘3 Idiots’ actor. Aamir wrote down a message thanking all of them for their wishes as he put forward his decision to quit social media.

Aamir Khan’s message read, “Hey Hey guys, thank you so much for all the love and warmth on my birthday 😘 My heart is full😊 In other news, this is going to be my last post on social media. Considering that I am SO active anyway 🙄😉 I have decided to drop the pretence. We will continue to communicate as we did before. In addition, AKP has created its official channel! So future updates on me and my films can be found there. Here’s the official handle! @akppl_official Lots of love, always 🤗 a.”

Known for his dedication towards his work, the ‘Rang De Basanti’ actor has also decided to turn off his phone till the release of his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. 

Aamir Khan made his Instagram debut in the year 2018 when he posted a picture of his mother. This post broke the internet as fans got super-excited to have the presence of their favourite star on social media.
