The teaser shows the actor wearing an all-white outfit, as he appeared to be practising martial arts. The clip starts with the line, "The real heroes are always alone". The teaser is intriguing and creates suspense in what the film is all about.

The film is directed by Shaji Kailas and marks the reunion of Mohanlal and the director after 12 years. They have previously worked in films like ‘Narasimham’, ‘Natturajavu’, ‘Baba Kalyani’.

While unveiling the title of the film, Mohanlal spoke about his collaborations with director Shaji Kailas.

“Shaji and I have worked in several movies. Shaji’s heroes are always brave and strong. And real heroes are always alone. You will understand it when you watch this film,” Indian Express quoted him as saying.

Meanwhile, several celebrities across the various film industries wished the actor on his 61st birthday.

Mohanlal and Mammootty share a great bond and the latter took to his Facebook handle and shared a candid picture of the duo. Along with the picture the actor penned a birthday note that read, “Happy birthday to my dearest Lal."

Vivek Oberoi also shared a video of himself wishing Mohanlal. He wrote, "Happy birthday Lalettan. Actor, director, and producer Prithviraj Sukumaran took to his Instagram and shared the director's cut version of Bro Daddy Theme song along with a birthday note that read, "Happy Birthday Laletta! ‘Bro Daddy’ theme song. Director’s cut."
