'Cheeni Kum' Child Actor Swini Khara Engaged To Urvish Desai; Check Out Pics
The actor took to Instagram to announce her engagement with pictures which look nothing less than lavish and dreamy. Swini will soon be tying the knot with her fiance Urvish Desai.
New Delhi: Remember the little girl who played Amitabh Bachchan's neighbour in 'CheeniKum' or Chaitali from 'Baa Bahoo Aur Baby'? Well, actor Swini Khara is all grown up now and most recently engaged. The actor took to Instagram to announce her engagement with pictures which look nothing less than lavish and dreamy. Swini will soon be tying the knot with her fiance Urvish Desai.
Taking to her official Instagram handle, Swini shared a set of pictures from the engagement and quoted Taylor Swift in her caption, “I’d marry you with paper rings.” Reacting to the post, actor Avika Gor commented, “Congratulations.” Filmmaker Jyoti Kapur Das sent her love, “Omg wowwwww God bless!”
Swini wore a pink embellished gown while her fiance wore an all-black sherwani. In the first picture, we see the two holding hands in a fairy tale setting (literally). In the second picture, we see the two dancing. In the third picture, we see Urvish on one knee as he puts a ring on Swini's finger. In the fourth picture, we see the two dancing.
Soon after Swini shared her engagement pictures, fans were left emotional and nostalgic. A user wrote, “My heart is so full.” “Many many congratulations!!! A fairytale it seems,” added another.

Some also referred to Swini as Chaitali, the popular character from 'Baa Bahoo Aur Baby' and said, "Chaitali ki shaadi ho gyi (Chaitali got married),” with teary-eyed emojis.
Swini rose to fame as a child artist. She is best known for her work in the TV show 'Baa Bahoo Aur Baby'. Swini was also part of shows like 'Dill Mill Gayye', and 'Zindagi Khatti Meethi'.
On the film front, Swini has been a part of films like 'Parineeta', 'Siyaasat The Politics', 'Hari Puttar' and 'Paathshaala'. Her well-known role is playing a 9-year-old who suffered from cancer in 'Amitabh Bachchan' and Tabu's 'Cheeni Kum'. Swini was last seen in Suhant Singh Rajput's 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' where she portrayed the role of young Jayanti.
