New Delhi: Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are finally engaged. After speuclation about the same until the last moment when their engagement was confirmed, fans have been eagerly awaiting their Telugu actors' couple engagemnet pics. Taking to their official Instagram handles, the two shared first pictures from the engagement at midnight. Both Varun and Lavanya looked stunning in their pastel-themed engagement.

Varun Tej wore a white kurta pyjama while Lavanya wore a light green saree. Lavanya paired it with traditional jewllery and tied her hair in a loose bun. Lavanya went for minimal makeup look which complimented her outfit.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, Varun wrote "Found my Lav." Meanwhile, Lavanya shared the same pictures with the caption: “2016 (infinity sign) (heart emoji) Found my forever! @varunkonidela7.”
No sooner were the engagement pictures shared that fans and their colleagues began commenting on their pictures. On Varun's post, Lakshmi Rai wrote, "Congrats you two. Here’s wishing you a lifetime of happiness.” Ruhani Sharma wrote, “How adorable congratulations.” Suniel Shetty and Sundeep Kishan also shared heart emojis in the comments section. Niharika Konidela, who had only recently, neither denied nor confirmed her brother's relationship, also dropped heart emojis and nazar amulets on the post.

Lavanya's post also received many warm wishes. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, tennis champ Saina Nehwal and Jaiswal Pragya all commented on her post with 'congratulations'. Avantika Mohan commented, “Finally, we have this official. I love you Lavanya, this has filled my heart with joy.”

Varun Tej film 'Gandeevadhari Arjuna'
Meanhwile, just before the engagement, the announcement of Varun Tej's upcoming film was released. The makers had also shared a poster in which he is seen decked in a black suit with a gun in hus hand, sitting on arailing as blasts happen in the background. Varun captioned the poster, "The calm before the storm. Locked & loaded for 25th August! See you all in theatres soon. #GandeevadhariArjuna.”
The spy thriller has been directed by Parveen Sattaru and has mostly been shot in foreign locations, reportedly.'Gandeevadhari Arjuna' is all set to hit theatres on August 25, 2023.

Meanwhile, Lavanya was last seen in the Telugu web series 'Puli Meka' where she made her OTT debut. Lavanya was seen in the role of a cop. She was also seen in Telugu comedy 'Happy Birthday'.
