New Delhi: Rhea Chakraborty, despite going through a lot of ups and downs in life, has come back stronger. The actress, who was last seen in ‘Chhehre’, has gone through many ups and downs in her personal life and has faced several criticisms on her personal front, but despite all these, she chose to remain strong mentally and has faced every battle with a strong mind that came her way.

Besides this, the actress is also known for her powerful statements, which are quite distinct from others. The actress has always left an impact on the masses through the statements she made, and recently on 'World Mental Health Day' she spoke about the importance of mental health.

Rhea Chakraborty recently attended the Mumbai Conclave 2023, where she spoke out about mental health at the event and said, "The truth is that mental health is not understood in this country at all. We are taking strides, and I am happy that the young people are now talking about it, and India is moving forward and understanding mental health."

Continuing the same, when asked about emotions and vulnerability, Rhea said,I cry a lot. I cry a lot. I cry at movies. I cry in sorrow. I cry in pain. I cry if anybody else and my girlfriends go through a breakup; I cry for everyone. I've not lost my emotions. I've just become stronger, but that doesn't mean I don't cry anymore. I still cry, and I think that I would like to say that people often keep saying to me, You're a strong person, a strong girl. To me, this is my biggest strength, and I think this is what I want. Indian men and women both understand that vulnerability is the biggest superpower one can have. It's the only power you have as a humane being, and I accept my vulnerability."

Sharing a glimpse of the Mumbai Conclave 2023 on social media, Rhea captioned,"

VULNERABILITY IS A SUPERPOWER..
