Mika Singh Recalls Embarrassing Moment At Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali Party: ‘I Drove My Hummer In Without An Invite’

Singer Mika Singh shares a funny yet humbling story of attending Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali party uninvited, feeling embarrassed, and learning a lesson in humility.

Bollywood singer Mika Singh, known for his larger-than-life persona and hit songs, recently shared a candid and humorous anecdote involving legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. Speaking on the Shubhankar Mishra Podcast on YouTube, Mika revealed how an uninvited visit to Big B’s Diwali party turned into a moment of embarrassment and a lesson in humility.

Mika Singh on His Unexpected Entry at Amitabh Bachchan's Party

Mika recalled, “I went to Amitabh Bachchan’s house on Diwali and just drove my Hummer through the gate, without any invitation. I had a big car, and the guards must have thought I was a big star and opened the gates. I drove around two to three times, and eventually, Amitabh sir told me to come inside rather than do that. I felt really embarrassed.”

He went on to describe the surreal experience inside the megastar’s home. “Once I entered, I saw all the big stars standing around to meet him. Mr. Ambani and Sachin Tendulkar were also there. I felt out of place and started to back away. That’s when Amitabh sir called out to me in front of everyone and asked me to wait. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it so I could meet everyone,” Mika said, admiring the legendary actor’s grace.

Mika Singh’s Respect for Bollywood Icons

This isn’t the first time Mika Singh has spoken highly of Amitabh Bachchan. Over the years, the singer has expressed deep admiration for stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Amitabh himself. He has often praised their humility and the respect they show to everyone in the industry.

Mika also revealed a lesser-known gesture of generosity. He once gifted watches worth ₹50 lakh each to both Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Shah Rukh reportedly tried to return the extravagant gift, but Mika refused to take it back.
