New Delhi: Mahesh Babu has become a proud father after his daughter Sitara pulled off something he has not managed to do in his 24-year-career as a Telugu industry superstar. The 11-year-old recently featured as the face of jewellery brand, the advertisement of which was shown on the famed Times Square billboard on July 4.

Sitara became the face of a jewellery brand and got featured on July 4 on the famed Times Square billboard. Mahesh Babu, as a proud father, shared the news on social media with his fans. Sharing tha picture of the billboard, Mahesh Babu wrote, "Lighting up Times Square!! So so proud of you my fire cracker. Continue to dazzle and shine!!”

Mahesh Babu also shared pictures from Times Square in the post.

Sitara is a well-known personality, in her own right on the internet. She and her friend ( daughter of Vamshi Paidipally_ started a YouTube channel Aadya and Sitara, which has a following of some 2.8 lakh subscribers. However, the two haven't made any videos recently. It also seems that Sitara has started modeling now.

Recently, Sitara was seen with her father Mahesh Babu at the birthday function of producer Dil Raju's son. She was twinning with her father in white, and the pictures of the two went viral.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahesh Babu is currently working with Trivikram Srinivas for the film 'Guntu Kaaram'. The movie also stars Samyuktha Menon, Meenakshi Chaudhry and Sreeleela in key roles.
