New Delhi: Arjun Mathur, who had a prominent role in 'Made in Heaven', has tied the knot with Tiya Tejpal, his long-time partner and a production designer. To announce the happy news, he posted a touching photo from their intimate wedding ceremony.

Arjun Mathur shared a picture in which he can be seen sitting in front of a lavishly decorated mandap with Tiya. While Tiya was spotted wearing a stunning red silk saree, Arjun was seen matching her with a red kurta set. As they sat together by the sacred fire, the pair smiled at one another. The caption reads: "T and A - 09.10.2024." beside the wedding photo.

Arjun Mathur On His Wedding Celebration

Arjun Mathur said in an interview with Hindustan Times, “Tiya and I have been as good as married for many years now, and it was simply time for us to solemnise. We were extremely fortunate to be able to keep it as small and intimate as we wanted. We believe that intimacy is beautiful, as long as it stays private. Once public, it becomes something else, which we have all seen enough of in recent times.”

Discussing his wedding, the actor said, “We had a beautiful ceremony, and are extremely grateful for every wish and blessing. We would like very much to maintain our privacy as we celebrate our togetherness at this joyous time.”
