New Delhi: Arshad Warsi's recent 'joker' comment about Prabhas' performance in 'Kalki 2898 AD' has divided the internet. Not just the internet, several celebrities from the Southern film industries have also reacted to the Munna Bhai actor's comment. And, it seems that Arshad has not taken this lightly. The actor turned off the comments section of his latest post after all the hatred directed towards him.

Only a few days ago, Arshad Warsi had compared Prabhas' performance in 'Kalki 2898 AD'to that of a 'joker' in a candid conversation. This left several fans of the Telugu superstar miffed. Many trolled the actor on social media.
On the other hand, the actor recently turned off the hate coming his family's way on Instagram by turning off comments. His latest post featured his wife, Maria Goretti, and their daughter. It was shared on Independence Day with a caption, "HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY…Jai Hind", followed by a folded hand emoji.
While Arshad's remarks on Prabhas came during ain interview, a clip of the conversation has been going viral on social media. Post the incident, his comments section was filled with negative comments. Now, days later after the backlas, the 'Jolly LLB 3' actor turned off the comments section to get away from the negativity.
For the unversed, while speaking to Samdish Bhatia on his YouTube channel, the actor spoke about not liking 'Kalki 2898 AD'. Despite expressing his disappointment, he spoke highly of Amitabh Bachchan's presence in the film.
Arshad Warsi's Prabhas comment
Talking about Prabhas in the same interaction, he said, "Prabhas, I am really sad, why was he… he was like a joker. Why? I want to see a Mad Max. I want to see Mel Gibson over there. Tumne usko kya bana dia yaar. Kyu karte ho aisa mujhe nahi samajh mein aata (What have you made of it? Why do they do such things, I never understand).”
On the work front, Arshad will next be seen in Subhash Kapoor's 'Jolly LLB 3' alongside Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi.
