Actor Suniel Shetty sustained rib cage injuries while filming a fight sequence for his upcoming series 'Hunter 2'.
New Delhi: Actor Suniel Shetty, known for pulling out his own stunts, hurt himself while shooting a battle scene in ‘Hunter 2’. The incident happened when Suniel Shetty and four or five stunt actors were shooting a violent fight sequence. A miscalculation in timing caused the wooden log prop to go off course and hit the actor in the rib cage during the action.
Suniel Shetty informed his admirers about his health via Instagram Stories. On Thursday, he wrote a note, "Minor injury. Nothing serious. I am absolutely fine and ready for the next shot. Grateful for all the love and care."
According to an insider on the production, Suniel was in a lot of pain after taking the hit and the severity of the injury required urgent medical attention. The doctor took an X-ray to make sure there were no internal injuries or fractures.
Suniel Shetty's spokesperson informed the media: “Anna did suffer an injury while shooting an action sequence today. He was shooting for the film in Mumbai.
