Anil Kapoor To Share Screen Space With Son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor In 'Thar', Sonam Kapoor Reacts

New Delhi: Actor Anil Kapoor and son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor are all-set to treat the audience with their incredible pairing in the upcoming Netflix original film 'Thar'. Touted to be a revenge thriller, the father-son duo will be taking the film's excitement quotient a notch higher.

Marking the directorial debut of Raj Singh Chaudhary, the film also features Fatima Sana Sheikh and Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles. 'Thar' is the story of Sidharrth, played by Harsh Varrdhan, who embarks on a journey to avenge his past after shifting to Pushkar for a job. Will he be able to succeed in his plans or the place has something else in store for him, is what the film's story is about.

Netflix revealed the first look posters of the star cast including Anil, Harsh Varrdhan, Satish Kaushik and Fatima Sana Sheikh on its social media handles.

Sharing the first look posters on their official Instagram handle, Netflix captioned it as, "Yeh Kapoor and Son ki rivalry aapko gumrah kar ke rahegi! Enter the desert of deception in ‘Thar’. Coming soon!"

Along with starring in the film, Anil Kapoor is also producing the film under his banner Anil Kapoor Film Company (AKFC) Network.

Actress Sonam Kapoor took to her Instagram handle to express her excitement over her father and brother sharing the same screen space. Sharing the first look posters of the film, she wrote, "Can’t wait to watch this one!! Thar coming soon on Netflix. Get Ready."
