In August this year Forbes released the annual list of highest paid actors in the world with Akshay Kumar being the only Bollywood star in the top 10. With earnings of $48.5 million (roughly Rs 362 crore), he occupied the sixth place in the list. Most of his income came from product endorsements, Forbes said. According to trade expert and film critic Joginder Tuteja, though the on-going coronavirus pandemic badly affected the showbiz industry, the earnings/equity of top actors remain the same as 2019 with Akshay Kumar leading in the race. 1. Akshay Kumar: With a long list of upcoming movies including Bachchan Pandey (with Kriti Sanon), Atrangi Re (with Sara Ali Khan), Bell Bottom (with Vaani Kapoor) and Prithviraj (with Manushi Chillar) Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar grabs the top spot in the highest paid actors list of 2020.
