Aishwaryaa R Dhanush Tests COVID-19 Positive, Undergoing Treatment In A Hospital

New Delhi: Filmmaker Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth, the elder daughter of megastar Rajinikanth, is undergoing treatment at a hospital after testing positive for COVID-19. The 40-year-old director, shared a post on Instagram, which showed a cannula in her hand.
Sharing the picture, Aishwaryaa wrote,"Tested positive even after all precautions. Got admitted. Please mask up, get vaccinated and be safe. Bring it on 2022! We'll see what more is that you have in store for me."

Earlier this year in January, Aishwaryaa and her husband, megastar Dhanush, had announced their seperation after 18 years of marriage. The couple, who had tied-the-knot in 2004, is parents to two sons, Yatra Raja and Linga Raja.

Please do respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this."
Although the couple has announced their seperation, fans are still speculating that they might come together again, as Aishwaryaa has not dropped her husband's name from her social media username till now, which continues to be Aishwaryaa R Dhanush.
Aishwaryaa is known for directing films like the Tamil romantic thriller "3" and black comedy "Vai Raja Vai".
