The action-packed short film Lights, Camera, Lies, starring Achintya Rajawat as Aadee, is now streaming on Amazon Prime and Shorts TV Network, receiving widespread acclaim for its gripping narrative and electrifying performances.

Achintya Rajawat’s journey from a promising model to a compelling actor is truly inspiring. Born in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, into a family with a strong legal background—his late father, grandfather, and paternal uncle were all lawyers—Achintya chose a unique path in the creative arts. His mother is a homemaker, and Achintya himself is a graduate in management (BBA), which he completed before relocating to Mumbai in 2021 to pursue his passion for acting and modeling.

His impressive physique and striking looks helped him quickly establish himself in the fashion industry, walking prestigious ramps for Bombay Times, Pune Times, Delhi Times, and Bangalore Times Fashion Weeks. His portfolio includes print shoots for major brands such as Raymonds, Nike, Manyavar, Skechers, and Puma, along with commercials for Ocean Water and Play Rummy. He also gained popularity as a captivating presence in music videos like “Nasha” and “Attitude.”

In Lights, Camera, Lies, Achintya delivers a powerhouse performance as Aadee, a role that demanded an intense physical transformation and mastery of complex mixed martial arts choreography. His dedication to the character shines through every high-energy fight sequence and emotionally charged moment, marking him as a standout talent in India’s evolving action-drama landscape.

The film’s action sequences are shaped under the expertise of seasoned action master Harpal Singh Pali, known for his work on acclaimed films like Haider and Udta Punjab, ensuring technically precise and thrilling choreography. Cinematographer Vikas K Sharma enhances the film’s visual storytelling, capturing both the raw intensity of the fights and the emotional depth of the characters.

Directed, written, and produced by visionary filmmaker Dinesh Sudarshan Soi, with creative direction from Sonia Malhotra Soi, Lights, Camera, Lies features a strong ensemble cast including Karishma Sharma as Sonal, Yajur Marwah, Varun Kasturia, Shrutika Gaokkar, Priyanka Mishra, and Neha Chhabria.

The film benefits from the skilled efforts of the dedicated crew, including Yugal Harrison, Rageswari Mahanta, and Aaeraa Singh Rawat, with Deepak Soi serving as Executive Producer, ensuring a polished final product.

Casting for the film was managed by Castify & Team DS Creations, while costumes curated by Team DS Creations add authenticity and style to the characters’ looks.

With its gripping storyline, outstanding performances, and adrenaline-fueled action, Lights, Camera, Lies firmly establishes Achintya Rajawat not only as a striking new face in Indian cinema but as a versatile actor with serious potential and star power.
