Those Who Ordered Shooting At Ram Devotees In Ayodhya Now Roaming With Bajrang Bali's Mace: CM Yogi In Sultanpur

“The same people who had ordered the shooting at Ram devotees in Ayodhya are now roaming around with Bajrang Bali's mace,” said Adityanath.

Sultanpur: Expressing confidence of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) forming the government yet again in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday praised the state government’s concerted efforts in improving the law and order situation.

Launching a scathing attack on the opposition parties, Adityanath said that those who used to roam around with pistols in their pockets in the reigns of the previous governments are now carrying the “Bajrang Bali's mace” to show that they have changed for better, ANI reported.

“The same people who had ordered the shooting at Ram devotees in Ayodhya are now roaming around with Bajrang Bali's mace,” said Adityanath.

“After the defeat of the Opposition in the elections, then next time, they will join the Kar Sewaks in Ayodhya,” he added.

The Kar Sewaks were allegedly fired at during the Ram Janmabhoomi movement which had led to the demolition of the Babri mosque.

“Results of the last four phases of Uttar Pradesh elections will come on March 10, but all Opposition leaders have booked a ticket to go out of the state for March 11...,” said Adityanath, who is contesting the assembly elections from the Gorakhpur Urban seat.

Lambasting former chief minister Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party, Adityanath said: “The BSP's elephant has a big stomach, consuming whole state's ration.”

Voting for the 403-member Uttar Pradesh Assembly is being held in seven phases from February 10 to March 7.

The counting of votes will be held on March 10.
