The Union Home Minister said that the BRS' only enterprise has been corruption in the past 10 years.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah slammed the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Telangana over the alleged corruption during its tenure under CM KCR. Shah said that in the past 10 years, the BRS's only enterprise has been corruption. He further said that the people of Telangana have known that BRS has done nothing in the state except for scams and corruption.

The Union Home Minister said, "In the last 10 years, the BRS' only enterprise has been the Corruption! The passport scam, liquor scam, Miyapur land scam, Kaleshwaram project scam and many more...the list doesn't have an end. Telangana's people have known that BRS has done nothing in the State except Scams and Corruption."

He further raised the point of religion-based reservation in the state and said, "Once voted to power, we'll abolish the system of religion-based reservation in Telangana. We'll do away with 4% reservation for Muslims and instead will ensure this to the Backward Classes, Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes. We will fix the system as the people of Telangana have got tired of the appeasement policy of KCR!"

He said that these elections are very important for the people and the state of Telangana it will decide its future. Shah added that Telangana was formed in the backdrop of a long struggle and after 10 years, it now has a huge debt of lakhs and crores of rupees, whereas it once was a revenue surplus state.

Shah said that the youth, farmers, Dalits and people belonging to backward castes are now disheartened.

While concluding his remarks, he said, "Vote after evaluating the performance of all parties, and I believe that the voters of the state will choose BJP when they do this."
