New Delhi: Terming BJP’s victory in Karnataka a historic event, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad heaped praise on PM Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah for their role in initiating a comeback of the saffron brigade in Southern India. BJP has emerged as the single largest party showing strong signs of attaining the magic figure of 112 seats to form the government in Karnataka. As per the latest trends, BJP were leading on 112 seats, while the Siddaramaiah-led Congress were reduced to 68 seats.
