Delhi HC Allows Engineer Rashid To Attend Ongoing Parliament Session

The high court ruled that Engineer Rashid will be taken to the Parliament under police escort and on the conclusion of the parliament proceedings in April, Rashid will return to jail.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday allowed Jammu and Kashmir MP Engineer Rashid, who is arrested in terror funding case, to attend the ongoing Parliament session 'in custody.'

The high court ruled that Rashid will be taken to the Parliament under police escort on each date between March 26 to April 4.

On conclusion of the parliament proceedings in April, Rashid will return to jail, the court ruled.
