Tata Sierra EV Could Come In Single Motor Only But With A Lot Of Power

The Sierra EV will get styling differences over the petrol version and will look different with a blanked off grille along with a new look design plus aero efficient wheels as well

Tata.ev is going to be having a very busy year ahead with numerous launches including the Harrier EV which will come soon with dual motor form. However, another much awaited new car is also the Sierra EV which will also come this year. The new Sierra EV could come first while later there would be the petrol and diesel version. Unlike the Harrier EV which would come with dual motors, the Sierra EV will only come with a single motor most probably.

 

That said, it will be more powerful than the Nexon EV and could also be more powerful than the Curvv EV as well while the battery pack would be 55kwh while range would be near the one in the Curvv EV 55. The Sierra EV will get styling differences over the petrol version and will look different with a blanked off grille along with a new look design plus aero efficient wheels as well.

 

 

We also expect the EV version of the Sierra to be different in terms of the interior while the petrol Sierra will get an extra passenger screen, the EV version will retain a conventional two screen design although the materials to the features would also be new for the EV version. The EV Sierra and the petrol Sierra would be expected to be launched within months of each other and in typical Tata fashion, the EV version will come first for Tata Motors.

 

The Sierra is one of the most awaited new cars and Tata Motors will surely throw in a lot to the car and it will be interesting how the car would be positioned as well in the market along with the coupe SUV Curvv.
