Skoda Slavia And Kushaq Prices Get Slashed Ahead Of Festive Season. Check Details

The price reduction certainly makes the Slavia and the Kushaq an interesting buy along with increasing the value for money quotient.

Skoda India has slashed prices of its Kushaq compact SUV and the Slavia sedan with prices now starting at Rs 10.89 lakh. With around Rs 50,000 slashed from the Slavia, the pricing is competitive for other sedans. This also makes it the most affordable sedan in India which means that it is cheaper than rivals. However, this price is limited to the festive season only. The Kushaq is also roughly Rs 60,000 cheaper and it is also one of the most affordable compact SUVs right now.

Feature-wise the updates include the footwell illumination and electric front seats among many others easter eggs for interested customers.

The carmaker has also launched the Slavia Matte edition which is also available for the festive season along with being available for a limited period only. The matte edition gets a carbon paint shade and extra black detailing for a sportier look.

Skoda has not revealed the pricing for this special edition model though.

Currently, there are other sedans which offer power adjustment for the driver seat but with the Slavia now offering power adjust for the passenger front seat, it is indeed a segment first feature.

The competition is high in the sedan segment as well as in the compact SUV segment. The Slavia comes with a 1.0l turbo petrol engine and a 1.5l turbo petrol engine with manual as well as automatic options on both.

Meanwhile, the Kushaq also comes with two turbo petrol engines and shares its gearbox options with the Slavia sedan as well.

With the festive season coming, carmakers will add new features or slash prices to increase sales and increase customer attention.
