New 2023 Tata Nexon Facelift Vs Old : What Has Changed?

The Nexon continues with its turbo petrol and a diesel. A big change is the inclusion of the 7 speed DCT with paddle shifters for the turbo petrol.

Tata Motors has revealed the new Nexon and this is a massive facelift while not being a generation change. That said, changes go beyond the usual nip and tuck as there are massive differences including a new interior plus more features. Here's a look.

Styling

The new Nexon looks sportier and has a sleek styling thanks largely to the front end having a split headlamp setup. The bumper design is different along with the grille or even the DRLs. The side view is similar but there are new 16-inch alloy wheels. The rear also has a new look with a full connected LED light setup with being slimmer along with making the Nexon look wider now.

Interior

The interior has the biggest upgrade here from a new instrument cluster to a new look steering wheel plus a revamped dashboard with touch controls. The bigger touchscreen was there on the earlier Nexon but it looks better with the simple yet modern look of the new cabin. There is a new interior colour as well and a new gear lever. The instrument cluster is a vast change and the navigation view can also be expanded onto the dials.

Here, Tata has added more to take on its rivals. The earlier Nexon was well equipped anyways but now there is a full digital instrument cluster plus a 360 degree view camera, front parking sensors plus a blind view monitor while also having 6 airbags as standard. It does also get a 9-speaker JBL audio system, electric sunroof and more.
