Mercedes Launches Its High-Performance A45S Hatchback In India - Know All About It
In terms of look, the A45S is sporty with its twin round tailpipes, massive wheels and a sportier stance.
New Delhi: Mercedes-AMG, which is the performance division of Mercedes-Benz has launched its A45 S 4MATIC+ performance hatchback in India at INR Rs 79.50 lakh. This is the 13th AMG on sale in India and comes with a hand-made 2.0 litre petrol, four-cylinder engine.
The power output of 431hp makes it the most powerful hatchback in India while the 0-100 km/h is only 3.1 seconds. Standard is an AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 8G transmission which is specially tuned to the engine in the AMG A 45 S.

Other performance enhancement features include AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL and the AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive with AMG torque control. The car even has a dedicated drift mode!
Of course, there are dedicated drive modes, "Slippery", "Comfort", "Sport", "Sport +", "Individual" and "RACE" . With the performance package, the top speed is 270km/h.
