Prices have risen by Rs 50,000 over the earlier first batch of 25,000 cars. The XUV700 is seeing demand which has surpassed the Thar also which meanwhile has a waiting list running into 9 months plus. The first lot of cars have finished 6 months of production while the next lot for which bookings have now been open will run into the next six.

Expect a long waiting period for the XUV700 buyers at the moment with production being affected by chip shortage and the excess demand. The XUV700 has been launched with both petrol and diesel engine along with option of AWD/7-seater on offer too.
