Bharat Mobility Global Expo: Avinya X Won't Be Called A Tata As It's A Different Brand

While still being a concept, the Avinya X has minimal surfacing and large wheels along with a large T logo which stretches throughout the front of the car

Tata Motors is going premium and one of the big unveils is of the Avinya X which is the start of a new brand. This is different from Tata Motors and would be a standalone luxury brand above Tata Motors. Think of it being a below Jaguar Land Rover but above Tata. The first product would be the Avinya X possibly with a launch planned for 2026. The Avinya X shown here is a crossover SUV coupe and looks quite sleek. While still being a concept, the Avinya X has minimal surfacing and large wheels along with a large T logo which stretches throughout the front of the car.

The interiors are also luxury car like but also have many similarities between the Range Rover cars especially the way the touchscreen is curved. There is a lounge like cabin design with sustainable materials and a different steering wheel. The Avinya X is quite big and would be a premium SUV sitting above the Tata range of cars but exact specifications have not been revealed. We expect a lot of features being a premium offering of course and big space since it is based on an electric platform.

This means that Avinya would be pure electric and could also use the same platform that would be on the Jaguar cars which in their new avatar would also be electric. All in all the Avinya would be a separate brand from Tata and would sit above it. More details would be revealed later in the year.
