Dhoni has not violated any rule: Rajeev Shukla
Former IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla, reacting on controversy over balidan badge on Dhoni's glove said, "It is neither political nor commercial nor religious. It is only about his personal passion for the country. I think he should not be stopped from carrying it. Dhoni has not violated the code of conduct. I don't think ICC should object to it and I am sure that COA will raise this matter,"
