Passed exam 21 years ago, teachers waiting for appointment | Ghanti Bajao

A protester Usha Sharma says, I have become a patient of diabetes now after all this stress but government is not listening. Another man says, my daughter has become a teacher now, but I passed the exam 21 years ago and still waiting to be appointed as teacher.
