Railways isolation coaches to be used in Shramik Express?

Indian Railways had prepared over 5000 coaches that had all the facilities of a makeshift hospital from beds for the patients to a medical supplies room. These 5,000 coaches could accomodate 80,000 people. However, now it is being reported that fifty percent of these isolation coaches will be used to ferry migrant labourers in Shramik Express.
