Omicron variant | 11 Countries placed under risk category; Covid test at airport mandatory: Scindia

Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, while giving a reply during the winter session in the Lok Sabha, said on Thursday that the government has kept 11 countries in the risk category. Amidst the growing threat of Omicron around the world, many steps have been taken by the Government of India as a vigilance. One of these is a strict screening of people travelling from the risk category.
