Jammu lockdown: Ground report from a diary, owners see decline

A total shutdown is being enforced in Jammu till March 31 due to coronavirus with essential services being exempt. Essential services mentioned in the list include supply of Groceries, supply of Fresh fruits and vegetables, dispensing of petrol/diesel at pumps, milk shops and dairies and related products, supply of cattle feed and fodder, medicines and other pharmaceuticals, banks and ATMs, supply of LPG , health services, manufacturing of health and medical equipment, telecom operators and their designated agencies.
